Delete your account

What you can request

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you in Heavyweight Boxing World — namely your email address.

Delete your account now

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account and email address are removed straight away.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your email, send a request to support@heavyweightworld.com with the subject line Delete my account and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (the email address linked to it)
• Any reminders or saved items associated with your account

What is kept (and why)

We may retain minimal records (such as basic transaction logs) for up to 30 days after deletion in order to meet legal or security obligations. After that period these records are removed.

Sign out without deleting

If you only want to sign out (without deleting the account), tap the Account button at the top of the app and choose Sign out.
